Stage 1
Discovery Call
The Discovery Call is the first step towards creating your dream home! It offers a chance to discuss the vision and goals for your custom home. Some of the items we'll cover include:

Stage 2
Conceptual Designs
This is where the Design-Build process offers a first look at your future home! Our concept design services allows you to develop the vision for your new home with professional help and support.
We will craft a cohesive design that includes your needs, wants, and budget. Then you’ll get to take home your completed Concept Design Package, including:
- Established Scope of Project Parameters
- Conceptual Floor Plans
- Conceptual Landscape Design
- Preliminary Product and Finishes Specifications
- High-Definition 3D Rendering with the ability to “walk through” your new home
- Estimated Construction Budget
- Estimated Construction Timeline
Stage 3
Plan Development
he Plan Development stage takes your Concept Design and turns it into a fully developed project plan to build your dream home. First, we work with you to specify any remaining home details. Then our professional team will prepare everything for construction.
This package includes the following:
- Survey of your home site with the proposed building placement and other site improvements.
- Soil testing for stability and compaction.
- Home Site Feasibility Assessment
- Engineered Construction Plans
- Final Landscape Design
- Obtaining applicable permits
- Ultra HD, photorealistic 3D rendering of the home with furniture and additional finishes as applicable.
- Final Specifications for products, finishes, colors, etc. to be used throughout construction.

Stage 4
Construction
This is when all of the preparation finally comes together as a smooth, enjoyable, and exciting process. You get to watch your new home come to life as our team executes the plans you’ve helped create.
Our professional, skilled tradespeople will build your home to the highest standards with quality materials and craftsmanship. Everything will be constructed according to the specifications we discussed along the way.
We also keep consistent communication with you through construction and provide access to our project management program so you can watch your dream home come together in real-time.
